Ossett Flying Horse have stormed into an early lead in the Heavy Woollen League A Section standings. At the other end Taverners already look doomed, perhaps the Batley based side will suffer with playing many of their top players playing in the Spen Valley League team this year. The other relegation spot looks asthough it might be a close run thing come September, with Denby Grange and Overthorpe heavily tipped to be trying to survive the drop.
